VanGlove was founded and born in a student room at Loughborough University, by myself Luca. It started with frustration—why were good goalkeeper gloves either overpriced or underwhelming? So I set out to make our own.

With a few prototypes and zero clue where it would lead, I roped in my mate George—a proper keeper with a sharp eye—for feedback. He didn’t hold back, and that honesty shaped our first real designs. Shortly after, we were deep into glove materials, grip tests, and redesigns—running on pure passion and late-night mind maps.

Fast forward, and what began as a uni side project is now VanGlove: a goalkeeper-owned brand run by two mates who just love the game. We’re here to make gloves that feel right, play hard, and won’t break the bank.
