We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £99.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days (Free over £99)
- International Delivery: 2-11 business days.
All orders are processed within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please note:
- Delivery times may vary depending on your country and customs clearance.
- International and EU customers are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, or handling charges that may apply when receiving your parcel.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and VanGlove does not cover or reimburse them.
- If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned, any return shipping or associated costs will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email within 7 days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If your return is refused, you may have your item sent back at your own expense.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact info@vanglove.com immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
Additional Information
- All gloves are photographed before dispatch for quality and authenticity verification.
- VanGlove is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit once the parcel has left our facility, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
Returns
Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of goalkeeper gloves, please read our return terms carefully.
Return Eligibility
- You must contact info@vanglove.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Returned item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- If the protective latex film has been removed, the gloves cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- We only accept returns for item(s) that are damaged upon arrival or not as described on our website.
- Returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or used items are not accepted.
Return Instructions
- Email info@vanglove.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
- You must return the item(s) within 7 days of your return being approved.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as VanGlove is not responsible for lost parcels. - Returned item(s) must be placed in a separate outer shipping bag or box to protect the original glove packaging.
